ImmerRead is a German language reading platform that helps learners read German texts, PDFs, and articles with instant word analysis, grammar explanations, and AI-powered translations. It is intended for personal language learning purposes.
ImmerRead is not a professional translation service, a certified language course, or a substitute for formal language education. It is a tool to support your independent reading practice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ImmerRead. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent.

You may use ImmerRead for personal, non-commercial language learning. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you upload (PDFs, pasted text, URLs). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload copyrighted material you do not have a license for. We are not liable for any copyright infringement arising from content you upload.
Uploaded files are processed and routinely purged from our temporary storage. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
Free plan. The core reading experience is free and will remain free. We reserve the right to adjust what is included in the free tier with reasonable notice.
Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Price changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
ImmerRead uses AI (Groq / Llama models) to generate translations, grammar explanations, and reading texts. AI output can be inaccurate. Do not rely on ImmerRead as your sole source of truth for German grammar or translations — always verify with authoritative sources when it matters.
We are not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or misunderstandings arising from AI-generated content.
Everything that makes up ImmerRead — the design, code, branding, curated book library, Resonanz Engine, and all original content — is owned by ImmerRead. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without our written permission.
Public domain texts in our library (such as works by Kafka or the Brothers Grimm) are in the public domain and not claimed by us.
ImmerRead is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmerRead and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of ImmerRead shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not paid anything).
You may stop using ImmerRead and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
